Exchanges Made Easy

Need a different size? Or do you require a new style altogether? We are happy to issue exchanges on all items, even for an item different to the one your purchased (even if the price is different!). Just send us an email and we can sort this out for you.

 

Refund Me:

If you require a full refund for your purchase, please let us know!

All we ask is for you to return the original package to us with your name and order number noted inside. The returns address is displayed on the front shipping label of your parcel however if you have misplaced this, just get in touch!

Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to be paid by you. We aim for a confirmation email of receiving your return to be sent to you within 48 hours of receiving back with us. Refunds may take 7-10 working days to show in your account.

 

Returns & Exchange Policy

 

Eligibility Window

To qualify for a full refund, your items must be received back with us within 30days from the date you completed the purchase.

 

Items Not Eligible for Refunds:

  • Earrings (Hygiene Reasons)
  • Lingerie (Hygiene Reasons)
  • Items must not have been worn or damaged and must be in original packaging
  • Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched
  • Return parcels must have reference to Order Name or Order Number to allow us to identify the order

 

Know How: Step by Step

  1. Please get in touch with our Customer Service at [email protected] for further help with your exchange or return.
  2. If you require an exchange, please send us your original order number, with the item name you wish to exchange and the name of the item you would like to replace this with. Our customer services will then guide you with the next steps to exchange.
  3. Time to pack up! Place the unworn/undamaged items into a secure & sealed shipping package (or re-use the orginal!) including a print out of your order receipt or note of your Name & Order Number for identification when it arrives back with us.
  4. Send off to us with a clear return shipping address displayed on the front (provided on your original package or please email us if this is misplaced). Take note of the tracking number so we can follow its journey back.
  5. Await our confirmation! You will receive a confirmation email of your return within 48hours of us receiving the parcel, along with an issued exchange or refund.

 

PLEASE NOTE: We understand our return postage is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a Signed For label.
