We're pleased to offer both returns and exchanges to customers shopping from the UK.

If your order isn't quite right, you can opt for an instant exchange or a refund here.

Instant Exchanges

Need a different size or style right away? With Instant Exchanges, you don’t have to wait for your return to be processed.

Simply select the item you’d like instead, and we’ll send it out straight away. You’ll only be charged for the new item if your return isn’t sent back within the return window.

We currently offer returns on all international orders.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, we don't currently offer international exchanges. If you'd like to exchange your item, we recommend repurchasing. Alternatively, you can request store credit and receive a 10% bonus towards your next order with us.

Returns Policy

If your order isn’t quite right, you can choose to opt for a refund or a live exchange (UK only) on our portal, which you can access here.

You have 21 days from the date of dispatch to log your return, plus an additional 7 days to post your parcel back to our warehouse using our designated returns couriers. You will be responsible for the cost of your returns label if returning for a refund. However, if you would like to exchange your item, you can do so for free.

What items can I return?

Please note, some items are excluded from returns and exchanges. 

Items not eligible for return include: 

  • Earrings, lingerie and face masks (for hygiene reasons)  
  • Items with tags or security ribbons removed  
  • Items marked or damaged after wear or try-on, including make-up or tan marks  
  • Swimwear with hygiene strips or tags removed  
  • Outlet items  
  • Tights, socks, hold ups, stockings and bodystockings, unless unopened or faulty (in line with Consumer Contract Regulations 2013) 

When will I receive my refund/exchange?

Once we’ve received and processed your return, you’ll receive a confirmation email. 

Please allow up to 7 days from the date your return is received for your refund or exchange to be processed. 

If your return does not meet our policy requirements, we’ll email you to confirm and arrange for the item to be sent back to you.

Why is there no returns form in my parcel?

We’ve made our UK returns easier for you and better for the environment by going paperless! You can now easily create a return on our returns portal here.

Received a faulty item?

We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty item! Please contact our Customer Care Team via our contact form ahead of creating a return. Our team will endeavour to resolve this for you as efficiently & hassle-free as possible.

What if my item is pre-order?

You have the same time frame to log your return if your order contains pre-order items. Your return period starts from the shipment date of your order, and you have 21 days from this date to log your return via our online returns portal and a further 7 days for your return to be received back at our warehouse.

Can I return multiple orders in the same parcel?

No, please create a separate return for each order.

Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to the availability of stock and are not guaranteed. If the exchange is no longer available in stock, store credit will be issued.
