We hope you love your Sisters & Seekers pieces however we aim for everything to be exactly right for you, so if you require a refund or an exchange, please follow our returns policy below.
All returns must be received back with us within 30 days from the date you completed the purchase.
We currently have an extended Christmas Returns Policy of 40 days from the date you completed the purchase to ensure you can give Sisters & Seekers gifts this holiday season within the allotted Returns Period. - Earrings (Hygiene reasons)
- Lingerie (Hygiene reasons)
- Items must not have been worn or damaged
- Items must have all tags and security ribbons attached & untouched
Unfortunately, our returns are not free at the moment, so the return shipping fee will need to paid by you.
You will receive a confirmation email from us within 48 hours of receiving your return back letting you know that your return has been received and processed.
PLEASE NOTE: We understand that our return postage is not free, however we strongly encourage you to insure your package with a tracking code. Please be aware that we cannot take responsibility for any lost or damaged packages which are not shipped with a Signed For label.
All we ask is for you to return the original package to us, ensuring that the returns form has been completed, clearly stating your name, your order number and if you require a refund or exchange.
You can find our returns address on the returns form which would have been included in your original package. If you have misplaced this then our Customer Care Team will be able to help, just get in touch!

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges for our International customers, so if you do need a different size or new style, please return the items to us for a refund and place a new order for the new items required.
